Residents thank MLA for getting a much-needed road constructed
Bhilai, Oct 13: On Thursday, MLA Devendra Yadav visited Ward 50 Shastri Nagar Khursipar to meet the residents of the ward. He interacted with citizens and got appraised about their problems. As per the public demands, he announced to get Humar Clinic constructed in Ward 50 Shastri Nagar of Khursipar. Ward residents will get free treatment at this clinic. MLA Devendra Yadav directed the concerned officer to prepare the estimate immediately and send it for approval from the government. Devendra walked across different streets of the ward and interacted with the people. He sought blessings from elders and expressed his affection to the younger children. The residents were highly excited after finding MLA Devendra Yadav among them. Some locals stated that Devendra is the first MLA who regularly visits the area, meets the locals and enquires about their well being. They added that in the last 35 years, no leader ever visited the area, except during elections. The residents of the ward expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Bhilai Nagar MLA Devendra Yadav and said that the roads which were never built in the last 20 years have been constructed during his tenure.
It needs to be mentioned here that several roads of Khursipar were in bad shape. After coming to power, Devendra Yadav got the roads re-carpeted in every street. Devendra said he had stepped into politics with an oath to fulfill his duties.
The lake located near Baba Balak Nath temple of Khursipar area will be renovated soon. MLA Devendra Yadav informed the residents that soon the pond would be renovated. A musical fountain will be installed here as well as other necessary facilities will also be developed.
A dome shed will be constructed in Tethwarpara as per the public demand. MLA Yadav performed Bhoomipujan along with the senior citizens for the construction of Dome shed. This shed will facilitate the locals in organising religious, social and family programs.
