CISF observes Police Commemoration Day

Bhilai, Oct 21: On Thursday, Police Commemoration Day was observed at 3rd Reserve battalion of CISF here in Utai. Commandant Sunil Kumar Singh and other officers and personnel offered rich tributes to the martyrs. Addressing the gathering, Commandant Sunil Kumar Singh said that October 21 is day to remember the brave hearts those who made supreme sacrifice for the nation in line of duty. Till now, more than 35000 policemen have lost their lives in service of nation. To keep the memories alive of such inspirational brave hearts, their statues must be installed at the schools where they studied and at their villages and cities. Such initiative will make the people proud of their martyrdom and the youth will get inspiration to serve the motherland.
