Job fraud victim files complaint at Jandarshan

Bhilai, Nov 29: On Monday, Collector Jandarshan was held in District Collectorate. In all 19 people have registered out of which 11 appeared in the Jandarshan and tabled their problem before of Collector Dr Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure. A case of cyber fraud also came to light in which an unemployed youth was cheated in the name of job.
The young man had applied for a job on the post of ground staff at Vivekananda Airport, Mana Raipur. He saw an advertisement published in the newspaper in which the website address was mentioned for filing online application. The youth filed the application and paid around Rs 50000 as fee and other charges. Later he discovered that it was a fraud. Taking cognizance of the matter, the Collector immediately forwarded the application to the SSP. SP office also responded immediately and the complaint was sent to Cyber Cell for investigation.
An application was also received from Padmanabhpur (Ward No 46) where large stones were left on roadside after the construction of Sheetla Nath Jain Temple. The applicant further complained about the irregularity in city sanitation. Corporation Commissioner, Durg was directed to immediately remove the stones lying on the street of LIG 501 and 502. Apart from this, problems like financial assistance, housing allocation and caste certificate were also filed by the applicants.
