Gopal Dheewar appointed President CGSSS

Mandir Hasoud, Aug 05: Sarpanch Gopal Dheewar of Gram Godhi of Arang block has got an opportunity to represent Sarpanch Sangh of the state and he was nominated as State President of Sarpanch Sangh in formation of new body of Sangh held at Chandrakar Hostel by CG State Sarpanch Sangh (CGSSS) in Raipur few days back.
It was amidst presence of all the divisional, district and block presidents of CGSSS that Gopal Dheewar of Godhi gram of Arang block and also divisional Sarpanch o Raipur division was unanimously elected as State president CGSSS. Among other office bearers elected included Chetan Markam Bastar; Kamal Ekka of Surguja as working President, Hemchand Chandrakar of Raipur as Patron; Lekhak Chaturvedi as convener; Mamta Pawan Chandrakar Raipur as senior V-P; V-P.

On appointment as President of CGSSS Gopal Dheewar said that he would try to meet up to the expectations of each and every member of CGSSS and the confidence shown by the Sangh heads taking all into confidence. He would try his best to sort out grievances and complaints of Sarpanchs from all over the state at state-level. By acting as bridge between officers and general public, it would be his priority to carry out overall development in rural areas with due efforts of Sarpanch Sangh. During this, Presidents of districts, blocks and divisional level were present in large number.
