IRCTC unveils exciting new tour packages to explore the beauty of South India

Raipur, Dec 08: Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) is thrilled to announce two captivating tour packages for travel enthusiasts in Chhattisgarh who are eager to discover the natural splendour of South India. These two enticing packages are titled ‘Splendid Hill Stations of South India’ and ‘God’s Own Country – Kerala with Kanyakumari.’

According to information received from IRCTC’s Area Office Bilaspur both of these meticulously crafted packages will span 10 nights and 11 days, offering an immersive experience of South India’s breathtaking landscapes. ‘Splendid Hill Stations of South India’ will take travellers to enchanting destinations such as Kodaikanal, Coimbatore, Ooty, Coonoor, and Mysore. On the other hand, ‘God’s Own Country – Kerala with Kanyakumari’ will explore the picturesque locales of Trivandrum, Aazhimala, Kanyakumari, Kumarakom, Thekkady, Munnar, and Kochi.
The trip under both the packages will be on the III AC/II AC Charter Coach of Train 22647 originating from Korba and tour frequency will be 24.01.24 (III AC) & 07.02.24 (II AC).
