Laxmikanta Sahu demands development works in meeting with CM

MLA of Kurud, Laxmikanta Hemant Sahu, met with Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel during his visit to the Semra B area in Kurud Assembly Constituency recently. During the meeting, Sahu presented a list of 17 development demands to the Chief Minister, urging him to take action in order to strengthen the link of present and future development in his constituency.
The demands presented by Sahu were extensive, covering a wide range of areas, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, and more. Some of the major demands included the construction of a primary health center in Semra B, the establishment of a proposed college and community health center in Kareli Badi, and the construction of a government school in Rishi village Sirri. Sahu also called for the construction of a 100-bed hospital in Nagar Panchayat Kurud and a polytechnic college in Nagar Kurud.
Other demands made by Sahu included the construction of an auditorium in Bhakhara College and High School, the widening and strengthening of various roads in the area, and the construction of new roads and culverts to connect different villages. Sahu also demanded the establishment of a District Cooperative Bank branch in Korra and the construction of a Rajiv Gandhi Chowk in every village to commemorate the pioneer of Panchayati Raj.
Mrs. Laxmikanta Sahu presented these demands directly to the Chief Minister, highlighting the importance of these initiatives for the overall development of Kurud. With the approval of these development works, the face of Kurud Vidhansabha is expected to undergo a major transformation, bringing about a positive impact on the lives of its residents.
