Vineet Pandey inaugurates painting exhibition at Nehru Art Gallery
Bhilai, Sep 21: Public Relations Department of Bhilai Steel Plant organized a group exhibition of paintings of 18 students of Master of Fine Arts (MFA) of Indira Kala & Sangeet University, Khairagarh at Nehru Art Gallery, Civic Center, from 21 to 23 September, 2022. This exhibition was inaugurated by Vineet Pandey, Chief Vigilance Officer, Steel Authority of India Limited, SAIL on September 21. The chief guest Vineet Pandey observed the paintings in the exhibition with great interest and praised the art of the painters. On this occasion, Chief General Manager (Vigilance) of SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant and ACVO AC Rathi, General Manager (Vigilance) Satyabrata Kar and Sandeep Gupta along with other officers of Vigilance Department were present.
Some Heads of Vigilance Department of various units of SAIL were also present on the occasion. This exhibition will be open for public viewing from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm every day from 21st to 23rd September, 2022. In this exhibition, artworks made in different styles of painting have been displayed by the students of Master of Fine Arts (MFA) of Indira Kala & Sangeet University, Khairagarh. A wonderful combination of colors and themes was seen in these works.
Paintings displayed in this exhibition are made by final year students of Master of Fine Arts (MFA) of Indira Kala & Sangeet University, Khairagarh. It includes Rupeshwari Chandel, Shivanand Gandharva, Dipti Thakur, Lokesh Kumar Sahu, Shiva Sahu, Khushbu Gupta, Itisha Jain, Nikita Hanumante, Nehal Vaishnav, Shrachi Jain Chitra Kumari Netam, Pooja Das, Yogesh Singh Rajput, Nikita Sahu, Radhika Chauhan, Jeevesh Kumar Sahu, Nikita Namdev, Kajal Verma. A total of 36 artworks created by artists are being displayed in this exhibition.
Chief Vigilance Officer of SAIL, Vineet Pandey, the chief guest of this exhibition, praised him immensely and wished the artists a bright future. On this occasion, along with the art lovers of the city, the Head of the Department and General Manager (LA&PR) Jacob Kurian, General Manager (Public Relations) Prashant Tiwari, Senior Manager (Public Relations) Jawahar Bajpai and other officers of BSP were present.
