Corruption galore in PWD department

Bhanupratappur, Jun 10:
The PWD department has made fun of the construction of roads connecting Bhanupratappur rural areas.
The condition of newly built roads in Bhanupratappur area is very bad.  With the connivance of contractors and officials, these roads are of poor quality, the roads are so sub-standard that they are easily crumbling.  The construction of 6 km road from Dua to Seoni main road of Durgu Kondal  block by PWD department is of poor quality and is being done by contractor RC Jain Durg.
The work of roads connecting rural areas directly to urban areas was taken up by PWD sub-division Bhanupratappur through tenders, due to competition, the contractors took the work of roads at huge losses through tender, to maintain their losses, the roads are being made completely of poor quality, it is being told that there is neither an engineer nor any officer of the department present where the road is being built, all the work is being done on the trust of the contractors, the contractors also fearlessly doing poor tying work  are getting it done.  The result is that the roads are becoming completely inferior and of substandard quality.
