SMS#3 and BRM create new records again

Bhilai, Mar 24: SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant’s Modex unit, Steel Melting Shop 3 that supplies cast blooms to Universal Rail Mill & cast billets to Bar & Rod Mill, Merchant Mill & Wire Rod Mills has recorded a new day record of 56 heats on March 23, 2021, surpassing previous best records of 55 heats on March 21, 2021 and 54 heats on February 11, 2021.
The shop had recently created a new shift record of 22 heats in B Shift of March 19, 2021. Another Modex unit, the Bar & Rod Mill has created a new monthly record. Having recorded production of 47,015 Tonnes till March 23, 2021, the Mill has surpassed the previous best record of 45,608 T in January 2021, thereby creating a new month record about a week before the completion of the month.
