Saryupariya Brahman Samaj demands constitution of ‘Vipra Kalyan Board’

Bhilai, Mar 07: Saryupariya Brahman Samaj, Bhilai – Durg has raised the demand of constituting a “Vipra Kalyan Board” in the state. They have further raised the demand of announcing Dry Day on Bhagwan Parshuram Jayanti. While addressing media persons here at Supela on Sunday, Samaj Office Bearers Sharda Charan Pandey (President), Prabhunath Mishra, Umesh Pander, NP Mishra, Rajnarayan Tiwari and others stated that Chhattisgarh Government must take initiatives of welfare of VipraSamaj and constitute a board for the purpose. They further stated that Bhagwan Parshuram Jayanti is celebrated with great devotion and zeal not only by VipraSamaj all the Hindus. Showing respect towards the devotion and religious sentiments of the people, the state government must ban the sale of liquor and meat on this day.
Speaking about the annual programme of Saryuparin Brahman Samaj, they informed that “SamajikMahotsava 2021” will be organised in April 04. Annual general body meeting will be held and annual magazine “Brahma Prakash” will be released. Introduction programme of marriageable youth and felicitation ceremony of meritorious students will be held. Elaborate arrangements are being made for making this day-long event a grand success.
Youth interested in the introduction programme will have to send their details in the fixed format through email or they can deposit the same to the Zone I/c. The students those who have scored above 80% marks will also have to send their details in the fixed format before March 15 for getting their names included in the list of felicitation. They further informed that all the guidelines related to Covid 19 will be followed in organising the event.
They spoke about various activities conducted by Saryuparin Brahman Samaj including the mass UpnayanSanskar, publication of annual magazine, felicitation of meritorious students, Teej Milan, Holi Milan, tree plantation, celebration of national festivals, social welfare activities during Corona Pandemic, etc.
