Bhilai, Jun 20: In the present situation it has become necessary for everyone to include yoga in life, said Yoga Guru Sanjay Choubey while addressing a gathering at Shri Radha Krishna Temple in Nehru Nagar on Sunday. On the eve of International Yoga Day, a special yoga camp and symposium was organised under the aegis of Akhil Bharatiya Agrawal Sammelan by its Durg-Bhilai Unit and guidance of Ishwar Prasad Agrawal (National Vice President), Santosh Agrawal (State President), Vijay Gupta (Bhilai) and Vijay Agrawal (Durg).
Yoga Guru Sanjay Choubey conducted the training session. Yoga Guru provided comprehensive information about health in many aspects. He displayed the Sukhma Vyayams which can be done easily in the office or factory whenever there is spare time. Yoga Guru Sanjay Chaubey explained in detail about Ashwani Mudra and said that Ashwani Mudra keeps you young. The power of the engine is measured in terms of horse power. Ashwani Mudra is an anti gravity exercise. This increases the energy that runs the body. All the organs get strength, the strength of the body increases. This mudra strengthens the heart and is very useful in hernia, urinary disorders, anal diseases, piles, constipation and gynecological diseases. With its practice, the Kundalini power located in the Muladhara Chakra starts to wake up and keeps us young for a long time. In the end, everyone was made to practice meditation, hasya aasan and thereafter the programme concluded with Shanti Path.
Kamal Rungta, Satya Prakash Bansal, Sanjay Rungta, Bansi Agarwal, Kailash Rungta, Kailash Agarwal, Anil Agarwal, Lalit Saxeria and other dignitaries of Durg Bhilai were present. The newly elected State Vice President Sudhir Agrawal and State General Secretary Dilip Agarwal were greeted by all. The programme was conducted by Bhilai President Dinesh Singhal and Durg President Murari Agarwal proposed the vote of thanks.
