Bhilai, Oct 24: The newly launched Generic Medical Store within the Bilai Municipal limits is getting good response from the people, where a large number of needy citizens are reaching to get medicines available at an extremely low cost. Yashwant, a resident of Khursipar and Mohammad Ansari a resident of Power House, reached generic medical store on Saturday to get medicines.
They purchased generic medicines from Shri Dhanwantri Generic Medical Store at a discount of 55%. They said that getting the medicine at cheap rate is helping save a lot of money which can be used to meet some other requirements. Yashwant informed that due to illness he needs to take medicine on a daily basis and in such a situation, getting medicine with a discount is very beneficial for him.
The government venture of providing generic medicines through Dhanwantri Generic Medical Stores has been a huge success. There is a huge crowd of people reaching the drugstores. Here it needs a mention that three stores have been launched one in Mother’s Market other in Shastri Market at Power House and at Kurud Bhagwa Chowk.
The people are reaching in large number to purchase medicines. Rakhi Sahu, who reached Shastri Market to get medicine told that her neighbour told that she bought multi-vitamin tablets from generic drug shop the other day and got it very cheap. On hearing that she decided to give it a try.
Since recovering from corona, she is also taking multi vitamin to increase immunity, and it would help save some money. At the shop she was happy to get the medicines and also a range of herbal products are also plentiful and in a very good range.
She purchased the herbal products as well. Rakhi told that buying herbal products in Chhattisgarh is always a profitable deal because the forests of Bastar are full of forest medicines and only pure goods will be available here.
