Entrepreneurs share experiences of overcoming pandemic challenges

Bhilai, Aug 23: Sanjay Rugta Group of Institutions hosted “Bhilai Round Table Meet 2021 – Growth Option for Today’s Business”, Organized by Entrepreneurship Development Cell of SRGI in association with AIFMB. Many leaders from reputed MNCs and Domestic companies were panelists of this meet, they shared their experience about how they overcome form challenges during pandemic and gained continuous growth through innovative techniques also they ignite the spark of entrepreneurial spirit and encouraged youngsters to establish their own venture by understanding current market dynamics and opportunities available after new normal.
The panelists were Krishna Rana (CEO – Platinum Industries Ltd), Sumeet Kabra (Director – RR Global), Anjulee Agarwal Jain (MD – Saan Designs), Rohit Daga (MD – Ready Package), Kunj Shah (CEO – Aaag India), Yogeshwar (MD – Govind Dande & Sons), Sharad Goyal (Director – Bizolution Technolies Ltd), Vaibhav Jain (Head-Apsara Tea), Sumit Tiwari (CEO – Times Concept). They talked about importance of being consistent in putting sincere efforts while building new business despite of all the hurdles coming in the path. Anjulee Agarwal Jain (MD – Saan Designs) mentioned that although the current time is tough for everyone but there are still many to accelerate business with the help of digital marketing.
Sumeet Kabra (Director – RR Global) said that perspective starts with a picture of a well-defined future and then works to change the present to match that picture. He had worked on new products and services and established various ventures. Sharad Goyal (Director – Bizolution Technolies (P) Ltd) started by saying “I could have been greater, sooner if I only knew what I could do”. He encouraged people to take up challenges, as challenges are opportunities. He added by saying that “its very crucial and important to understand your potential”. Kunj Shah (CEO – Aaag India) addressed the students and the dignitaries by saying “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them”. He elaborated about the need of backward-integration and providing new products to the existing client-base.
