Bhilai, Sep 12: The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated with great pomp and enthusiasm in Krishna Engineering College and Krishna Institute of Science and Commerce College, which is run in the same campus. On this auspicious occasion, an idol of Lord Ganesha was installed in the college. After chanting mantras with full rituals, the idol of Lord Ganesha was installed and worshiped. On this occasion, Chairman Anand Tripathi prayed with folded hands to the lord of Riddhi-Siddhi and wished everyone happiness, peace and prosperity, as well as prayed for removal of all the obstacles and free everyone from the havoc of Corona.
Also present were Krishna Engineering College and the Krishna Institute of Science and Commerce College Managing Director Vijay Mairal, Director Dr YR Katre, Principal Engineering College Dr Ajay Tiwari. All staff of the college was present. Ganesh Chaturthi festival is being celebrated following the rules of Covid. Due to Corona, college students could not participate in this great festival. Every year this festival is celebrated with great pomp and enthusiasm in the college.
