Permission given to open commercial establishments and shops
Bhanupratappur, May 27: In Kanker district, as a result of continuous declaration of contention zones and administrative efforts, the reduction in positive patients of Covid-19 and comparative reduction in infection rate has resulted in exemption in commercial and other activities by Collector and District Magistrate Chandan Kumar in view of economic activities in the district. Along with the amended orders have been circulated, according to which permission has been given to open commercial establishments and shops in the entire Kanker district from 08 am to 06 pm. Under the entire area of ??the district South Bastar Kanker, there will be a pre-conflict zone with some concession till 01 June 2021 at 06 am and the entire boundaries of the district South Bastar Kanker will remain sealed till 01 June.
Every Sunday in the content period (except medical, pathology, lab, petrol pump, milk, pet shop, news paper distribution and drinking water distribution) will be completely locked down.
Prohibited Activities
All weekly markets, mall, swimming pools, clubs, cinema halls, gyms, sports clubs and other public places will remain closed. Foreign liquor shops and bars operating under the district will remain closed, home delivery will be allowed through the online application as per the mandate. All parks, resorts and all religious places with group presence, cultural and tourist places will be completely banned. Schools and colleges will remain closed for students.
