4819 get vaccinated at various centres under BMC

Bhilai, Jul 29: On Thursday, a total of 4819 people got vaccinated against Covid across 30 centres earmarked for vaccination, out of which 2418 persons were in 18 plus age group and 2401 persons were 45 plus age group.
Depending on the availability of the vaccine, vaccination will take place in only one centre, Karma Vidyalaya Supela on July 30. People are reaching the vaccination centers to get the vaccine of Covid.
The entire corporation administration and health department are engaged in the campaign to get more and more people vaccinated as a part of an effort to prevent spread of corona infection.
Under the leadership of Municipal Commissioner Rituraj Raghuvanshi and based on the availability of vaccine, vaccination centers are being operated at various places in Bhilai, where people are giving their participation in the prevention of infection by voluntarily reaching the centres and getting inoculated.
The Zone Commissioners are constantly inspecting the vaccination centres in the areas under their zones and giving necessary instructions for smooth conduct of the system. Vaccination is being done done for persons between 18 to 44 years and above 45 years of age.
The more and fast the vaccination, the sooner it will help in preventing spread of corona infection. Women health workers are safely vaccinating people. Citizens have started reaching in large number at the vaccination centres and are getting armoured against Corona.
The employees of the corporation are cooperating in the entire process of vaccination so that people who come to get vaccinated quickly without any delay. The Corporation Commissioner and officers of all vaccination centres are continuously monitoring and taking feedback so that there is no problem in the centers and vaccination work continues smoothly.
The role of women of National Urban Livelihood Mission in assisting the process of registration for immunization has been very important since the beginning, the beneficiaries coming to the vaccination centre are being helped by them in getting vaccinated.
