Valediction ceremony marks end of Central Induction programme

Bhilai, Nov 26: To mark the end of the 12 day Central Induction program of Management trainees Technical 2021 -Extension batch, a valediction ceremony was organized at HRDC on November 24, 2021 which was chaired by Manas Biswas, ED (Mines & Rowghat), Bhilai Steel Plant. The Management Trainees presented in four groups their learning from all the sessions.
Manas Biswas interacted with the trainees and shared his personal experiences of working in SAIL and inspired them to reach higher positions in their professional career at SAIL.
Some of the MTTs also shared their experiences during the induction. Senior executives of HRD were also present at the ceremony.
