Durg Police accords warn farewell to personnel on retirement

Bhilai, Sep 01: On Tuesday, Sub Inspector Amarnath Tiwari, Sub Inspector Ramsahai Singh Rajput, Head Constable Motiram Sahu, Head Constable Arvind Kumar and Head Constable Sitaram Soni were accorded a warm farewell on superannuation from their services during a simple function held at the SP Office in Durg.
At the outset, SP Prashant Agrawal honoured all the retiring officers / personnel and their family members with flower bouquets. All the retiring officers / employees shared their experience of services with Police Department. Most of them have served the department for about 40 years. Their family members also spoke about their experiences and feelings.
SP Prashant Agrawal appreciated the superannuating officials for their services to the department. He added that the experiences shared by all the retiring officers are inspiration to the police department. He assured that the police department is always there to support the retiring officers / personnel.
SP honoured all the retiring officers / personnel with shawl, srifal and token gifts and wished them a bright and healthy future. Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Anant Sahu; Additional Superin-tendent of Police (City) Sanjay Dhruw, Additional Superin-tendent of Police (Traffic) Kavilash Tondon, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Abhishek Jha; Reserve Inspector Neelesh Dwivedi, Subedar Tripti Singh Rajput, and staff of SP office and Reserve Centre were present in the programme.
