Devendra shoulders Bhole Baba’s palanquin, participates in Maha Aarti

MLA Bhilai Nagar Devendra Yadav not only performed Rudrabhishek, but also participated in Kalash Yatra and shouldered the palanquin of Lord Shiva and sought peace and prosperity from the Lord for the people through Maha Mrityunjay Jaap. In the celebrations at Ward 31 organised under the auspices of Shri Ganesh Mandir Pooja Samiti, Devendra participated in the Kalash Yatra and also carried the palanquin on his shoulder through various lanes of the ward.
The yatra began from the Ganesh temple and after covering canal road, Shri Ram Square moved mack to the temple. Among others who participated were Jagdish Kumar, B Ramu Reddy, M Ramarao, S Bhaskar Rao, S Tirmula and others.
The Bhilai Nagar MLA also participated in the Maha Aarti organised at Gondwana Samaj Budhadev Devalaya Khursipar to mark the occasion of Maha Shivratri. He strongly praised the children who gave performances and wished them a bright future. The president of the society, Ghanshyam Singh Mandavi, said that last year also MLA Devendra Yadav participated in the celebration on Mahashivratri. At that time on the demand of the community, he had announced the construction of kitchen shed and boundary wall along with beautification of Budhadev Devalaya and this work has been completed in one year. Devendra while addressing those present, said that he is always available as son, brother, friend. He added that he is only at a call away. Jango Lingo Adivasi Mahila Samiti President Tajeshwari Thakur, General Secretary Harishchand Kunjam were also present.
