SP inspects police stations of Patan sub-division

Bhilai, Jul 21: Superintendent of Police (Durg) Prashant Agrawal conducted inspection of the police stations of Patan sub-division the other day. He visited Amaleshwar Police Station and took a round of the station premises. He interacted with Inspector Virendra Srivastava (SHO) and police station staff and gave them necessary directions.
He reviewed the registers maintained in the police station and questioned about the status of pending offenses and complaints. Then he moved to the temporary building of the new police station of Jamgaon (R). He instructed SDOP (Patan) Akash Rao Giripunje to coordinate with concerned departments and get the temporary police station building repaired and renovated.
He also visited the plot which has been selected for the new police station building. Thereafter, SP visited and inspected the Machandur Chowki. He gave necessary directions to the Chowki I/c Sub Inspector Shyam Singh Netam and other personnel.
He questioned them about the situations of the area and heard the problems of the cops. He praised the staff for maintaining cleanliness and arrangements at the chowki.
