Bhilai, Sep 16: On Thursday, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel attended the ‘dashgatra’ rituals of Late Omkar Prasad Kashyap in Patan. He was the elder brother of Patan Nagar Panchayat President Bhupendra Kashyap. CM consoled the bereaved family members and paid tribute to the departed soul.
