MLA inaugurates ‘Van-Mahotsav’ by planting saplings

The Chief Guest of Van-Mahotsav organised by Forest department inGram Belsonda near the railway station was Parliamentary Secretary and MLA Vinod Sewanlal Chandrakar panted sapling and inaugurated the Van-Mahotsav. During this he also made declaration for sanction of Rs 5 lakh for beautification.
It was on Wednesday hat Forest department organised ‘Van-Mahotsav’ programme in Gram Belsonda and the chief guest was MLA VS Chandrakar. It was chaired by Janpad President Yatendra Sahu and special guest was Collector Doman Singh, SP Divyan Patel, District Panchayat CEO Aakash Chikara, Nagar Palika Leader of Oppn Rashi Mahilang, Sarpanch Sangh President Virendra Chandrakar, District Panchayat member Amar Chandrakar, Janpad member Kunal Chandrakar, Sarpanch Bhmini Pokhan Chandrakar.
Parliamentry Secretary Chandrakar in his address said that all should carry out plantation and then ensure its safety and protection. He said that even if one sapling is planted, one should ensure its safety and conservation.
Expressing happiness on organisation of this programme by the Forest department, MLA Chandrakar made declaration of Rs 5 lakh for beautification work. Giving information about Mukhyamantri Vriksharopan Protsahan Yojana (MVPY), he informed that under this scheme if the farmers in Khariff season are carrying plantation in their farm in place of paddy crop, then for next three years, an amount of Rs 10000 per acre will be given per year as ‘Protsahan Rashi’. He appealed the farmers and other persons present on the occasion to avail benefit of this Scheme.
Giving welecome speech DFO Pankaj Rajput giving information about this campaign gave information in detailed. After this Parliamentary Secretary and other guests by carrying out plantation gave the message for environment conservation. The programme was conducted by lecturer Tekram Sen and vote of thanks was proposed by Salikram Dadsena. In this programme, Janpad member Satyabhan Jendre, Sachin Gaikwad, Ghanshyam Jangde, Vivek Patel, Pushkar Chandrkar, Avej Khan, Chudamani Chandrakar, Yogesh Chandranahu and others.
