Daring rains, people enthusiastically partake in Dharma Jagran Yatra

Bhilai, Nov 22: On the eighth day of Dharma Jagran Pakhwada, the padyatra covered the Risali and Durg city areas on Monday. A large number of local residents and members of social organizations participated in the yatra. Despite heavy rains in the morning, a large number of women and youth participated in the yatra and strongly raised their voice against the religious conversion.
The traders of Indira Market area in Durg also supported the initiative. Durga Devi and Roopa Bai, who are in their eighties, set an example by participating in the yatra. Shri Ram Janmotsava Samiti honoured them with Shriphal.Through this procession, the activists of Shri Ram Janmotsava Samiti appealed to the people to maintain faith in their religion.
Youth Wing President Manish Pandey expressed gratitude towards all the women and young activists for making people aware of religion even during the heavy rains. He added that this enthusiasm and dedication is the identity of our unity. The anti-national force will never succeed in breaking this unity.
Kanha Maharaj also participated in the padyatra and appealed to the people that the religion with which one is born in this world should never be converted with temptation. This religion is our identity and shows us the way forward. By changing religion, we not only change our faith but we also change our identity.
District President Sevakram Sahu said that even though we have come from different provinces and our languages are different, but we are Hindus and it is our identity and the formula of unity. If we change religion under the temptation of someone, surely our identity and unity both will be affected.
