Akt Ram Sinha rewarded by the Governor

Masturi , Sep 04: The tenure of teacher Akt Ram Sinha, who retired from School Dangnia (Malhar) on 30th June 2021 after rendering his valuable teaching work for 42 years, has been full of achievements.
He has been disciplined and dedicated to the education department. Born on 7 June 1959 to Mohar Bai and Late Ram Lal Sinha of the Scheduled Caste family of Malhar, AR Sinha after completing his studies from Class 1st to 8th in District Pre-Secondary School , Malhar, studied till Matric in Government Higher Secondary School, Kutighat (Tehsil Janjgir) and then got selected for BTI in 1977-78.
After completing BTI on September 5, 1979, he was appointed as an assistant teacher in the Government Primary School, Gobri (Bhatchaura), where he devoted himself to the unquestionably backward tribal majority village while being posted for 31 consecutive years.
Along with teaching the children with full devotion, he was also involved with promotion of education. In the meanwhile, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Malhar was established in 1987 and talented children from all over the district started coming for studies.
During his tenure, 26 children from Sinha’s government primary school got selected for Navodaya Vidyalaya, which is recorded in the education department’s records for his special achievement. Responsibility, discipline, humility and duty towards parents, general public and one’s officers can be learned from Shri AR Sinha.
In 2010, he shifted from Gobri to Malhar and moved to Government Primary School, after spending barely 1 year, he was transferred to Government Primary School, Danganiya. After serving 10 years, he got retired last on 30 June 2021. During his tenure from Dangniya Government Primary School, 3 children were selected in Navodaya Vidyalaya. In the year 2008, Mr. Sinha was rewarded at the state level by the Governor of Chhattisgarh for the remarkable works done by him. The students of Mr. Sinha are working in various posts in different departments of the Chhattisgarh Government.
On reaching superannuation Sinha was felicitated by the present Sarpanch and senior citizens of village Gobri by giving him a touching and special farewell.
Along with this, he was honored by the officers, employees of the Education Department, the citizens of Gram Panchayat Danganiya and the concerned cluster center.
