Baseless allegation is a conspiracy to tarnish my image: Dharmendra Yadav

Bhilai, Aug 09: Refuting the allegations of their involvement in spurious bank transactions / hawala, PCC former Secretary Dharmendra Yadav said that some political leaders have made baseless allegations on him and his family under some conspiracy to tarnish their image.
Dharmendra added that his younger brother MLA Devendra Yadav, his family members and even his in-laws are nowhere connected or related to the allegedly suspicious transactions made through Yes Bank.
The person whose name is mentioned in the FIR lodged at Khursipar Police Station is some other Dharmendra Yadav who resides at House Number 24/5, Near Patel Bakery, Supela Market. He is not the elder brother of Bhilai Nagar MLA Devendra Yadav.
It needs to be mentioned here that a few days ago, former President of State Finance Commission Virendra Pandey had addressed a press conference in Raipur and had levelled allegations of spurious transactions during the last Vidhan Sabha elections through a bank account with Yes Bank.
Referring to an FIR lodged by one Animesh Singh against his employer / contractor Hitesh Choubey lodged at Khursipar Police Station, Pandey had alleged that benami transactions were made through this account in which MLA Devendra Yadav, his family members and close aides were involved.
While addressing media persons here at Supela on Monday, MLA Devendra Yadav’s elder brother Dharmendra Yadav made it clear that he along with his family members and in-laws are not related to the alleged benami transactions. Bhavesh Tamrakar, Ravish Tamrakar and Praveen Tamrakar are not the members of the in-laws family of MLA Devendra Yadav.
Through the bank account of Animesh Singh, the complainant of the FIR lodged at Khursipar Police Station, transactions were done with some other Dharmendra Yadav who resides at House Number 24/5, near Patel Bakery in Supela.
Congress leader Dharmendra Yadav further said that Virendra Pandey had pointed out the transactions made with Aditya Roadlines, Atharva Mining, GDR Education Society, Madhyani Builders, Atul Rai, Sushant Srivastava, Sewa Singh Oberoi, Shyam Sharma, Santosh Gupta, Pawan Chaudhary and Prateek Gupta. Yadav asserted that MLA Devendra Yadav and his family members are nowhere associated with these people.
Refuting the charges made by Virendra Pandey, he said that such baseless allegations have been made under a conspiracy to create sensation and tarnish their image in the society. He further informed that he has sent legal notices to Virendra Pandey and two others who had levelled baseless allegations on him at a press conference in Raipur.
