SECR GM, other officers-staff read out preamble of Constitution

Bilaspur, Nov 26:
Officers and employees including General Managers of all Railway Zones under Indian Railways read out the preamble of Constitution through live video conferencing on the occasion of “Constitution Day”. On this day on November 26, 1949, the Constitution of India was adopted by the Constituent Assembly, which came into force on January 26, 1950 and due to this present constitution, today India is known as the largest democracy in the whole world.
On this occasion, officers and employees of all departments of South East Central Railway including General Manager, Alok Kumar, Vijay Pratap Singh, Additional General Manager and all Heads of Departments were present at South East Central Railway, Headquarters, Bilaspur. In Bilaspur, Raipur and Nagpur divisions, all the employees including Divisional Railway Manager and other officers read the Preamble with the President of India Ram Nath Kovind through online medium.
