RLAMC holds medical camp as part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava’

Bhilai, Sep 10: Rajiv Lochan Ayurveda Medical College (RLAMC), Chandkhuri organised a free medical camp as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava celebration on September 04.
The beneficiaries were provided free health check-up at this camp. According to their ailments, free medicines were also distributed among the people. Hundreds of people from the surrounding rural areas of Chandkhuri got benefitted from this camp.
Dr Leeladhar Sahu, Dr Neeraj Sahu, Dr Rumina Khan, Dr Chanchala Tiwari, Dr Shraddha Sahu, Dr Chandrakant Upadhyay, Dr Arvind Gajbhiye, Dr Abdul Wahid, Dr Ashish Patel, Dr Ashok Kumar Patel, Dr Piyushkant Patanwar, Dr Garima Patel and other Ayurveda Practitioners rendered their free services at this camp.
In view of the possibility of third wave of Covid19, Dr Amol Sirbhate and Dr Sagar Sharma detailed the villagers about the Covid protocol, measures to prevent Corona virus infection and demonstrated various yogasanas that are helpful for improving immunity and better health. Ayush kadha was also distributed free of cost.
Principal Dr Vandana Fating informed that the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India has directed various AYUSH colleges to organize medical camps throughout the year to mark the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava. In this series, medical camps will be organized soon in villages Anda, Kuthrel and other rural areas in the vicinity of Chandkhuri.
