Senior Police Photographer Patel honoured

Bhilai, Jul 02: In view of his appreciable works, Superintendent of Police Prashant Thakur honoured Senior Police Photographer and Videographer Ram Gopal Patel with a citation during a simple function held at Police Control Room, Sector 6.
He appreciated the contributions of Ram Gopal Patel in compilation of the vital information regarding crime investigations in his books which will be very helpful for the cops and investigation officers. SP wished him a bright future ahead.
It needs to be mentioned here that Ram Gopal Patel has compiled his experience and photographs of crime scene investigations in six different books which are considered to be very useful for the cops in carrying out investigations.
Patel has authored the books including – (1) Death from Asphyxia; (2) Identification of Narcotic Drugs and Crime; (3) How is poison hazardous for life and why; (4) Important points while inspecting the scene of crime in heinous offences (5) Forest source of life and wild life crime investigation (6) In the world of Cyber Crime, we – you and the law related to it.
Ram Gopal Patel expressed gratitude towards Special DG RK Vij and Dr Sanjeev Shukla (Deputy Director, CG State Police Academy) for inspiring him to author these books and compile the vital information related to crime investigation. He thanked Police Superintendent Prashant Thakur for rendering valuable support in his venture.
