Lyness Club Bhilai celebrates Janmashtami

Bhilai, Aug 30: Lyness Club Bhilai celebrated Janmashtami Utsav and Milan Samaroh on the eve of Krishna Janmashtami. A beautiful tableau of Lord Krishna was decorated on the occasion. Bhajans were sung and dance was performed. At the end, prasad was distributed by the members after performing aarti and offering obeisance to
the Lord.
Lyness Club President Seema Yadav said that in the last one and a half year, due to the administrative guidelines related to corona infection, it was not possible for the members to meet. In such a situation, a Milan Samaroh was organized through Shri Krishna Janmashtami. During this, the members greeted each other and expressed happiness on meeting after so many days.
Secretary Lata Mantri said that the meeting of members in such service-oriented clubs and such social and religious events increases harmony. We have to make it stronger.
Treasurer Rita Kukhrania said that apart from song, music and dance, a competition for decorating Gopal’s swing was also organized, in which Lata Gaikwad, Urmila Tavari, Bharti Soni and Shubhra Rastogi became the winners.
Anjana Srivastava, Area Officer Neelima Dixit and Nutan Gandhok made the outline of this entire event. On this occasion Sushma Upadhyay, Tripta Kaur Cambo, Jayanti Sharma, Nandini Hivse, Anjana Vinayak, Jaya Trivedi, Shobha Dogra and Poonam Ahuja extended special support. Rashmi Gedam, Mamta Mundra, Shalini Soni, Sneh Gupta, Kalpana Srivastava made the program successful by cooperating with great enthusiasm.
