Villagers excited to know about plans and achievements of the govt

Konta, Mar 09: Knowing the plans and achievements of Government, the villagers of Polampally were very much excited. The photo exhibition and introduction camp was successfully organized in Naxal-affected village Polampally in Konta block on Tuesday. In this series of photographs and information camp depicting state’s development and achievements were highlighted and the villagers showed lot of interest.
Kitchi Raje, Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Polampally, who visited the photo exhibition at the publicity camp expressed gratitude towards the government and administration, saying that it is for the first time in Polampally, information about government schemes has been presented to them in such a simple and attractive manner. He said that the villagers of Polampalli got detailed information about the public welfare schemes of the government and along with publicity materials. All the members of the household would be able to know about the achievements of the Chhattisgarh government which would surely inspire them to give a new direction to their lives.
Curious youth read about booklet : Publicity promotional booklets were also distributed to the villagers by the Public Relations Department. Anur Baghel, the young man who runs a breakfast center in Polampally weekly market, started reading the ‘Sambal’ booklet with great curiosity. He said that the Sambal booklet explains the plans of the government in a very brief manner which is very helpful for the students preparing for competitive examinations.
