‘It is necessary to complement each other for immense potential of university’s productivity and devp’: V-C

Bilaspur, Nov 24: A review meeting was held at 11.30 a.m. on November 24, 2021  in the meeting hall of the administrative building in Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (Central University) , under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor, Professor Alok Kumar Chakrawal, regarding the workshop , “Revised Framework of NAAC Accreditation:  An Awareness Program”, related to  the preparations of NAAC and NIRF, to be organized on  on 26th November, 2021. At the beginning of the meeting, the Registrar of the University, Prof. Shailendra Kumar welcomed everyone. Prof. AS Ranadive, Director, Internal Quality and Assurance Cell, while speaking on the theme of the meeting, shared information with the members present on various aspects of Criteria Six related to NAAC.
Presiding over the meeting, Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Alok Kumar Chakrawal said that the university has immense potential for development. For this we have to complement each other. He said that due to good relations between all the colleagues in the university, the problems automatically end. We have to initiate innovation by providing support as expected in the development of the university.
The Vice Chancellor said that since assuming the office of the Vice-Chancellor in the university, it is my endeavor that the atmosphere of the university should be joyful and cheerful so that the productivity of all of us increases. He appealed that for the golden future of the university and us, it is necessary that all of us should do continuous work in a positive and creative way.
He said that in order to successfully overcome all kinds of academic challenges, we have to complete the journey from human to superhuman. In the review meeting, instructions were given to take all necessary measures to get better grades in NAAC. Our goal should be that how together we can establish Guru Ghasidas University at the national level with regard to academic activities and in other activities. He said that this challenging task can be completed only with the mutual cooperation of all.
At the end of the review meeting, the Registrar of the University, Prof. Shailendra Kumar proposed a vote of thanks. Prof. AS Ranadive, Director, Internal Quality and Assurance Cell, Prof. LVKS Bhaskar, Coordinator NAAC Steering Committee, Guru Ghasidas University and Prof. Manish Shrivastava, Officer on Special Duty, Development Department, Dean of all the Vidyapeeths, Heads of Departments, Officers and Nodal Officers attended the meeting.
