IIM Raipur organizes LDP for IOCL

Raipur, Aug 02: Indian Institute of Management Raipur is organizing six days online Leadership Development Program for the executives of Indian Oil Corporation Limited during August 02-07, 2021. This is the fourth program institute is organizing for IOCL under their Project SAKSHAM.
The major themes that will be explored during the event are Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Management, Resource Planning, Talent Management and Performance Measurement etc.
The Program is being attended by 21 executives comprising of Chief Managers and DGMs from various IOCL Units across the country including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh Gujarat, West Bengal, Goa, Maharashtra, Odisha and Delhi.
