He raised consciousness about these tendencies of mind and how to bring mind to a calmer and serene level. He enlightened the attendees about the multiple levels of our existence including physical body, breath, mind, intellect, memory, ego, consciousness, and how we can control our mind with the help of breathing techniques. The speaker guided everyone to some basic pranayama practices and meditation which helped the audience in relieving stress.

Dr. NV Ramana Rao expressed his gratitude to the HSS department for organizing this event and guiding the current generation about the benefits of meditation such as improving imagination and innovative abilities along with aiding in physical well-being.
