Gujarat police arrest owner of firm supplying fake Remdesivir injections

Raipur, May 13: With disclosure of duplicate Remdesivir injections in neighbouring state of MP, it is now giving indications of its link with Chhattisgarh as well. A firm in Chhattisgarh had given order to the same firm which has issued more than 1 lakh fake Remdesivir injections all over the country.
From Raipur Diamond Agency had issued its first order of 200 Remdesivir Injection to main accused Kaushal Vora’s firm viz. Adina Disposables. Diamond Agency had transferred an amount of Rs 6.80 lakh to Adinath Disposables, the firm owned by Kaushal Verma.
On the other hand, before supply of the injections, the Guajrat Police got a major breakthrough and arrested the main accused along with fake/ duplicate injections and seized all fake injections from his possession.
On not getting the injections, Diamond Company’s owner filed a complaint with Mana Thana in this regard and the police has lodged a case and taken the matter under investigation.
