Bed will be available only to the needy in the hospital: CM

Raipur, Apr 07: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel directed senior officials of the Health Department to determine the procedure of providing beds in the hospital to the patients according to the severity of corona infection. He said that beds should not be provided to patients on the basis of any recommendation or pressure. This will only make beds available to needy patients and will not be able to take any beds unnecessarily. Baghel said that patients with oxygen need access to beds and ventilators to ensure their real needs. Patients who do not require oxygen facility should be admitted to Covid Care Centers or general beds and provide treatment. The Chief Minister said that Covid vaccination is going on very fast in the state. The number of corona investigations is also increasing continuously. The state’s positivity rate and daily deaths are worrisome. He appealed to the people to stay at home. He also urged people to go alone for shopping and correctly guide the Corona infected nearby and make them aware of the necessary precautions.
