Naxalite active in the name of Tiger Hunga arrested
Konta, Jun 27: SP Sunil Sharma held a press conference today regarding the success achieved in arresting a notorious Naxalite from Naxal-affected district Sukma. It may be known that under the guidance of Bastar IG Sundarraj P. and CRPF DIG Sukma Konta range Yogyan Singh, Rajiv Kumar Thakur and SP Sukma in district Sukma, under the guidance of SP Sukma, Pankaj Patel Police Sub-Divisional Officer from Police Station Kistaram on July 25, under the leadership of Maraiguda, DRG Commander Madkam Mudraj Humrah DRG and CRPF DC. Emanul Baski, AC. Lokesh Shukla, AC. Nishant Yadav, AC, Parak Rajvanshi’s Humrah 212 Corps left along with combined party to counter naxalites.
During the campaign, the security forces got a major success in arresting the Naxalite involved in around two dozen incidents, active in the name of Tiger Hunga, the mastermind of the newly martyred jawans in the landmine Blast of Hardcore Reward CRPF, active for 21 years. While arresting the said Naxalite accused who was active under Kistaram police station area of ??Konta block and was having reward of Rs 1 lakh as militia company commander. A heavy gun along with other Naxalite material was confiscated from him and he was presented in the court Dantewada today and sent to jail on judicial remand.
