Total 1.5 cr persons administered first dose in CG

Raipur, Oct 23: In Chhattisgarh, the number of people who got the first vaccine of corona vaccine has crossed 1.5 crore. So far (till October 21) in the state, one crore 55 lakh 77 thousand 521 people have taken the first dose of the vaccine to prevent corona. At the same time, 66 lakh eight thousand 855 citizens have been given both the vaccines. A total of two crore 21 lakh 86 thousand 376 vaccines have been administered so far in the state including both the first and second doses.
In the state, three lakh ten thousand 393 health workers, three lakh 18,635 frontline workers, 62 lakh 18 thousand 488 above 45 years and 87 lakh 30,005 citizens in the age group of 18 to 44 years were first vaccinated against corona. At the same time, two lakh 65 thousand 580 health workers, two lakh 57 thousand 020 frontline workers, 33 lakh 69 thousand 146 above 45 years and 27 lakh 17 thousand 109 people in the age group of 18 to 44 have been given both the vaccines.
