Traders dupes another of Rs 89.91 lakh

Raipur, Jun 06: In a sheer instance of breach of trust, two traders first procured huge quantity of iron blades on credit and despite all consignments being delivered properly, they are now refusing to make in payment.
According to Dharsinwa police, accused duo Amit Dalal and Sandeep Goyal are partners of M/s. Shree Narayan Enterprises. Following an agreement with complainant Praveen Rai, owner of M/s. Rama Uddyog, on December 12, 2020, they purchased on credit iron blades worth Rs 889.91 lakh assuring that the payments will be cleared soon.
However, till this date they have not made payment to the complainant and now they are even refusing to make any payment.
Receiving the complaint in this regard on Sunday afternoon, police have registered an offence under Section 420, 409, 34 IPC against both the accused and is now investigating the matter further.
