30 lakh people to be vaccinated in 1st phase: Singhdeo

Raipur, Feb 28: State Health Minister T.S. Singhdeo addressed the online press conference from his residence office in Ambikapur on Sunday. He gave information about the corona vaccination program for citizens aged over 60 years and co-morbidity patients of age 45 years to 59 years. Mr. Singhdeo said that in addition to government hospitals, these vaccines will also be applied in private hospitals.
At the initial stage, 100 vaccination centers have been set up, including 60 government and 40 private sector hospitals. In this phase, ten percent of the total population of the state i.e. about 30 lakh people will be vaccinated.
