CREDAI Property Expo to conclude today

Raipur, Dec 04: On Saturday, the second day of CREDAI Property Expo got tremendous reponse with large number of visitors booking plots and flats of their choice at the expo venue. The expo, which will continue till December 5, was mostly attended by people who were genuine buyers. And they had to take a property with good facilities at the best location of the city. According to their budget, people showed interest in buying plots and flats. The people who reached the expo were expressing happiness about the fact that they are getting the option of buying their favourite property here. Sunday is the last day of the Expo. The CREDAI Property Expo held after a gap of almost two years. On Saturday as soon as the people with their families, entered the expo site, they were given warm welcome and every visitor was told to enter name, address, mobile number with a chance to win attractive gifts in the lucky draw sponsored by CREDAI. People were happily registering the information and asking what were in the gift. Visitor will get a chance to win TVS Scooters in the bumper draw and refrigerator, washing machine, oven, home theater along with other gifts are being given in the daily lucky draw. At the same time, stall holders, builders are giving different gifts on their behalf on booking the spot. To provide finance facility to the property buyers, stalls of banks like SBI, HDFC and PNB are also engaged in the expo, who are explaining the entire process of loan easily. Loan is not a problem because builders affiliated to CREDAI are participating here and everyone has a very good reputation. If there is CREDAI, then only legal projects will be available.
