At the same time, he has also questioned the silence of part of the Congress candidate Mahant Ramsundar Das who himself is sheer of the historical Dughdadhari Math in the constituency. Agrawal went on alleging the silence of Mahant, the BJP heavy-weight Agrawal tagged him to be just a mascot of Congress and has nothing to do with the Sanatan Dharma. Agrawal has also sought an apology from the Saint and Sheers for their approach against them while criticising him for political gains.
