CREDAI Property Expo inaugurated, massive response on day 1

Raipur, Dec 03: On the very first day, there was massive response of the visitors at the CREDAI Property Expo as large number of buyers arrived to purchase property of their choice. Now the opportunity has come to fulfill the dream of buying property in all the posh areas, outer and special places of the capital, Raipur. All this will be possible within three days at CREDAI Property Expo, where people are getting the best option of all types of properties under one roof. On Friday evening, the property expo was inaugurated at Budhapara, indoor stadium, Raipur. The expo was inaugurated by the chief guest Mr. Kuldeep Juneja, chairman of Chhattisgarh Housing Board and Vikas Upadhyay, parliamentary secretary and MLA.
Due to the availability of plans and schemes of all the major builders and developers at one place in the property expo, it became very easy for the buyers to buy their property. Buyers also made booking on the spot immediately on Friday. More than 40 reputed builders of Raipur are present in the expo with their projects. Builders were also giving information about many new projects which have either been launched recently or are going to happen. Kuldeep Juneja, President of Chhattisgarh Housing Boad said that If there is CREDAI, there is a trust, in the same way people of Chhattisgarh says that if Bhupesh is there, then there is trust. Parliamentary Secretary and MLA Vikas Upadhyay said that people have a dream of a house, which is happening through this event, I congratulate you for this wonderful and lively event.
Giving the welcome address, Mrinal Golchha, president of CREDAI, Chhattisgarh said that first of all thanks to all the participants for trusting CREDAI. Last year we were not able to organize this event, meanwhile the market is very good now and CREDAI and developers were waiting for this, so I appeal to the people of the city to buy their property. Rajesh Kumar, Assistant General Manager, Banking Associate SBI said that this wonderful event of CREDAI Expo is not only great for builders and buyers but also for bankers. Sachin Chawla, Chhattisgarh Business Head, HDFC said that this event by CREDAI is oustanding, enjoy three days to the fullest and buy the property. Earlier, the CREDAI Property Expo 2021 was duly inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp. Anand Singhania, Pankaj Lahoti, Pradeep Keolani, Prafulla Golchha, Ashok Mundra, Rishabh Kataria and SBI Assistant General Manager Anand Priyadarshi and others were present on the stage along with the guests.
