IFS Arun Prasad posted as Secretary of Environment Board

IAS Officer Chandrakant Verma given additional charge of Director Handicrafts

Indian Forest Services (IFS) Officer Arun Prasad P has been posted as Member Secretary of Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board (CECB) with immediate effect.

Presently, he was working as Director Gramudyog and was holding additional charge of Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Handicrafts Development Board.

General Administration Department (GAD) on Wednesday issued posting order in this regard.

Meanwhile, the senior IAS Officer Chandrakant Verma has been given additional charge of Director Gramudyog following the transfer of IFS Officer Arun Prasad to Environment Board.

As per the separate order issued here, the senior IAS Officer Chandrakant Verma working as Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation, has been given additional charge of Chhattisgarh Handicrafts Board, Chhattisgarh Matikala Board and Chhattisgarh Handloom Development & Marketing Federation.

According to the information received, a minor reshuffle in the posting of few more IAS Officers is on cards within next few days.
