Tiwari stakes claim for Congress ticket from Raipur North segment

Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CPCC) Spokesperson Ghanshyam Raju Tiwari on Tuesday staked claimed for the Congress ticket from Raipur North segment for the upcoming Legislative Assembly polls.

He submitted his candidature to the Block Congress Presidents Sanjay Soni and Arun Janghel during which several supporters were also present. In support to his claim, he said that he has been working for Congress since 1990 and has held several posts including the Congress spokesperson since 2012. He expressed confidence of victory if given the opportunity to contest on party ticket.

Apart from him, the sitting MLA Kuldeep Juneja, Raipur Mayor Aijaj Dhebar, Ajit Kukreja and few others have also staked claimed for the party ticket so far.
