SSSSH is rendering true services to humanity: Uikey

Raipur, Mar 14: Shri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital (SSSSH) is rendering true services to the mankind and many people have benefitted from its work and services. Chhattisgarh is a tribal dominated state and in areas like Bastar and Surguja, the role of ‘Mother and Child Care Centre’ is crucial in care and treatment of pregnant women and children. Along with this such centre would prove to be helpful in solving problem of mal-nutrition among children and would act as important step towards service to mother and children, says Governor Anusuiya Uikey while speaking at the foundation laying ceremony of ‘Mother and Child Care Centre ‘Mamatva’ at SSSSH premises in Naya Raipur here on Sunday. On this occasion she laid stone for the same and she also offered due respects to Shri Sathya Sai Baba. On this occasion she also paid respects to Sadguru Shri Madhusudhan Saiji and welcomed well-known national and international cricket Sunil Gavaskar.
Speaking on the occasion Governor said that it is blessings of Shri Sathya Sai Baba that she got opportunity to serve as Governor in Chhattisgarh. This responsibility has been given to her to render services to people of Chhattisgarh and hoped that she would be able to work for welfare of people of the state. Speaking further she hailed that this ‘Mother and Child Care’ centre is being started in line with concept of ‘health mother and healthy children’ and it would definitely be a grand success. In this there will be free of cost treatment for pregnant women and their delivery will also be done free of cost. Apart from this children will be looked after free of cost and she termed it as a big service.
Governor said that Shri Sathya Sai Baba has given the message to entire world to live with love and benevolence and render services to the mankind. This particular message is relevant for entire world and humanity and gives inspiration for the society to render services to others. There are many institutions working in the country in the memory of Shri Sathya Sai Baba and rendering services towards humanity. Governor said that one should take inspiration from Shri Sathya Sai Baba’s messages and spend some time in life for services to others. It is for sure that the person who renders selfless services to the society and for humanity is always seen with respect by the entire society and secures place for him in the society. It is getting influenced with Shri Sathya Sai Baba’s sacred works that many well-known personalities have got associated with him, she added. Governor Uikey said that India is blessed with wide spiritual knowledge and books and in which many Sants like Shri Sathya Sai Baba and others have give major contribution. The younger generation needs to maintain this rich knowledge and heritage. No doubt, sacrifice, services and dedication is the identity of our nation and it is due to these values that India emerged as powerful and special nation in ancient times.
On this occasion Governor also inspected the poster exhibition based upon works of Shri Sathya Sai Swasthya & Shiksha Trust Raipur (SSSSST). The programme was attended by Sadguru Shri Madhusudhan Sai, well-known cricket Sunil Gavaskar, Chairman SSSSST Raipur C Sriniwas. On this occasion Sadguru felicitated Governor with a shawl and in turn Governor also presented memento to Sadguru.
