Central Chronicle News
Raipur, Jun 15: Congress party in state is now preparing itself for Mission 2023 and in this context discussions were held at Rajiv Bhavan with party leaders on how to strengthen the party at booth level. In this training camp for Congress leaders at Rajiv Bhavan, CM Bhupesh Baghel, PCC State in-Charge PL Punia and Secretary Chandan Yadav and other party leaders were present.
After the training camp session, CM Bhupesh Baghel speaking to media persons came down heavily against the State BJP over its 2.5 years campaigning. He said that BJP has nothing to say or make any tall claims, be it the 15 years of its term in the state nor about 7 years of Modi’s government at the Centre. Baghel charged that in order to remain active they (BJP) had to take up some or the other issue and this 2.5 yrs campaigning is one of them.
On inquiring about the issues flaring up in the media about June 17 and discussions going on, CM Baghel put forth the same question to Media asking as to what is this June 17 and 2.5 years. Baghel further said that everybody has the right to ask question and they are asking as to what was achieved in 1 yr, 2 yr, or 3 yr. Recalling Modi’s words, Baghel informed that he has promised to give 5 year’s report and it was not given before the elections. So he questioned BJP leaders of state as to on what basis and face they are talking?
