More than 5 lakh families got employment from village industry: Rudrakumar

Raipur, Mar 03: Public Health Engineering and Village Industries Minister Guru Rudrakumar visited the exhibition of Chhattisgarh Khadi and Village Industries Board in Chhattisgarh Haat Bazar located at Pandri. Village Industries Minister Guru Rudrakumar said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, providing employment to the villagers and connecting them with self-employment is our top priority for which every effort is being made. It is our achievement to provide employment to more than five lakh families by all units of the Department of Village Industries, even in the odd circumstances of the corona transition period. He said that increasing attraction of people towards the exhibition is a proof of the success of such events. The activities related to employment generation are being carried out by the board in the direction of promotion of Swadeshi, rural economy, women empowerment and strengthening, it is commendable for this including.
