Raipur, Aug 09: 15 percent special discount will be given on purchasing the text books directly from the book stores of the Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation of Arts, Commerce and Science subjects of class 11th and 12th based on the NCERT syllabus by the Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation to all the schools, parents, students and others in the stat. These books can be obtained from the book stores of Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation at Raipur, Rajnandgaon, Jagdalpur, Bilaspur, Ambikapur and Raigarh. For this, books can be obtained from the depot by making online payment by ordering on the website of the corporation. Books can also be purchased from the shop of the registered shopkeepers in the Textbook Corporation.
In this regard, the Department of School Education has directed the Commissioner, Directorate of Public Instruction and all the District Education Officers to get the principals of government and non-government schools under them to edit the teaching-learning according to the textbooks printed. Online home access service is being provided by Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation to schools, parents, students and others. Online purchase of NCERT printed textbooks of class 11th and 12th can be done by visiting the website of Chhattisgarh Textbook Corporation. For this, first you have to log on to the website of Chhattisgarh Text Book Corporation www.tbc.cg.nic.in. As soon as you log in, the option of ‘Buy Books Online’ will appear in the red colored box in the website. On clicking it, an order form will open which has to be filled carefully. In the form, the interested persons will have to fill their full name, full postal address, mobile number and the name and number of the books they need (which are already mentioned with the price). After completing all the information, online payment will have to be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and Paytm etc. After approval by the corporation, the books will be sent to the postal address in 7-8 days.
