‘Prithvi Manthan’ music video link shared in UN-backed website

New Delhi, Jun 12: Auromira Entertainment’s viral music video for the cause of World Environment with Veteran Singer Susmita Das Prithvi Manthan finds place in United Nation backed institution IUCN’s website.
For the first time ever, the link of a music video prepared by Indian artists find place in the internationally acclaimed portal. Naturally, the global acceptance of the music video has brought glory and pride to Indian Creative Fraternity. Apart from this feather in its cap, Prithvi Manthan has also won the hearts of many eminent personalities who have tweeted and encouraged Indian viewers to share the video and message embedded in it. They have applauded the veteran singer and the award-winning creative team for creating a relevant and engaging music video. Noted personalities like chief minister of Himachal Pradesh Jai Ram Thakur, M.P. Amar Pattnaik have hailed the video for its aesthetic presentation.
With sharing the link of the music video in his twitter handle, Jai Ram Thakur, Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh in his message said that, “To make holistic development possible we have to follow environmental norms. It is our duty to protect earth. To mitigate the challenges posed by environment we have to act collectively. Prithvi Manthan team has delivered applauding message in this regard.”
Dr Abdul Qayum, IFS in his tweet said that interesting concept of Prithvi Manthan, melodious voice, full of energy on world environment day by Susmitamitu Das. An analogy of over-exploitation of natural resources and halaahal is green house gases, pollutions, etc.”
Telengana government department ‘Telenganaku Harith Haram’ in a facebook post said that, “The musical video “Prithvi Manthan-the 2nd Churning” by @susmitamituDas on #WorldEnvironmentDay2021 highlighting the adverse impact of Climate Change, Pollution, our unsustainable lifestyle. We must act now, If not it will be too late.”
This music video based on Shiva Tandava Strotam and Sagar Manthan (Churning of the Sea). Mr Siddhanta Das, former Director General of Forest, Government of India and husband of Sushmita Das has written the concept note based on which Shiv Kumar Bilagrami penned the lyrics. Om Prakash Mohanty has composed the music. This music video directed by Dev Meher featuring Suryamayee.
