One arrested in case of fraud in the name of awarding contracts

Raipur, Dec 11: The director of a company that allegedly defrauded crores of rupees in the name of awarding contracts under Bharat Amrit Yojana has been arrested. The company’s director Kavish Gupta was arrested from Delhi and brought to Raipur by the police. According to information available KK Spun Private Ltd did not pay Rs 1 crore 24 lakh to Ansh Infrastructure Developers for works. Two other directors Himanshu Gupta and Vinod Kumar Mittal are still at large. Fraud offence was registered in Vidhan Sabha Police Station.
